Dress Code
Dress, grooming, and personal cleanliness standards contribute to
the morale of all employees and affect the business image Prince Service &
Mfg. presents to the community. During business hours or when representing
Prince Service & Mfg. you are expected to present a clean, neat, and
tasteful appearance. You should dress and groom yourself according to the
requirements of your position and accepted social standards.
All employees are required to adhere to a business casual dress
code. The following guidelines must be followed:
Business Casual Attire: Employees should dress in a manner that is
professional yet comfortable. During business hours or when representing Prince
Service & Mfg. you are expected to present a clean, neat, and tasteful
appearance. Acceptable business casual attire includes dress shirts, blouses,
slacks, khakis, jeans, work style pants, skirts, and appropriate footwear.
Prohibited Attire: Graphic shirts of any kind are not permitted.
This includes shirts with logos, slogans, or images that do not represent the
company or its values. Leggings, sweat pants, shorts, capri style pants are
also prohibited.
Permitted Attire: Only company-branded apparel is allowed,
including shirts, polos, and other clothing items featuring the company logo.
Sports or sport-branded apparel is also acceptable.
General Guidelines: All attire must be clean, neat, and
appropriate for a professional setting. Employees are encouraged to represent
the company positively through their clothing choices. Steel/Safety toed shoes
are required at all times on the Production floor.
Compliance: All employees are expected to comply with this dress
code policy. Managers will monitor adherence and address any violations as
necessary. It is the responsibility of each employee to report to work dressed
in appropriate attire. Any employee violating this policy will be sent home for
the day without pay. Consult your supervisor or the HR Department if you have
questions as to what constitutes appropriate appearance.
